With “Easy Apply”, candidates can submit their application data directly on JobCloud platforms such as jobs.ch, jobup.ch und jobscout24.ch, without being redirected to an external application form. For registered users, key fields and the CV are pre-filled or attached. This makes the process significantly faster and easier – a benefit for both applicants and employers.

Easy Apply – General Information

What is “Easy Apply”?

“Easy Apply” is a user-friendly application process that allows candidates to apply directly on our platforms without being redirected to an external system. For registered users, the form is pre-filled and the CV is already attached – saving time and reducing drop-off rates.

Is the service free?

Yes, “Easy Apply” is entirely free for both employers and candidates. Our aim is to make the process as simple and effective as possible for both sides.

How long does it take to activate this feature?

Activation generally only takes a few seconds. Depending on the applicant tracking system (ATS) used, some minor additional steps may be required.

What are the benefits of “Easy Apply”?

Candidates no longer need to complete different forms for each job or create new logins. They can apply quickly and easily to several jobs, resulting in more applications. Employers benefit from better candidate management and a higher volume of quality applications.

Will I still receive applications in my ATS as usual?

Yes – nothing changes for you. Applications are still received directly in your existing ATS.

Is “Easy Apply” compliant with data protection laws?

Yes, the transfer of application data complies with all relevant Swiss and European data protection regulations. Our processes have been coordinated with the respective legal departments.

Does JobCloud have access to my ATS?

No. Data is transmitted securely via an interface, and JobCloud has no access to your ATS or its contents.

What changes for me as an employer?

To keep the process as easy as possible for applicants, we currently do not include additional screening questions (e.g. “Do you have a driving licence?”).

What support does JobCloud offer for setup?

We provide clear instructions via email and phone support. We’re also happy to walk you through the functionality in a short video call.

Can I deactivate “Easy Apply”?

Yes, of course. If you prefer to revert to your original ATS form, just send a short email to service@jobcloud.ch. The change will be made quickly and without hassle.

Which fields are included in the application form?

The standard fields include name, contact information (email, phone), and CV. Custom screening questions are currently not supported.

Will candidates still receive my ATS welcome email?

Yes, if this is configured in your ATS, the email will be sent as usual.

How many registered users are there?

JobCloud has around 4 million registered accounts. Each week, around 100,000 unique users log in. Logged-in candidates submit around twice as many applications as non-logged-in users – helped by the ability to send reminders for unfinished applications.

Who can I contact if there are issues?

JobCloud is responsible for forwarding applications, but not for the technical functionality of your ATS. Please contact your ATS provider directly in case of issues.

I use a different ATS – can I still enable “Easy Apply”?

In most cases: yes! We support integration with over 60 ATS solutions. Feel free to contact us at service@jobcloud.ch.

Will candidates see my company’s privacy policy or just JobCloud’s?

Candidates will only see JobCloud’s privacy policy. Your company’s policy is not shown. However, we recommend encouraging candidates to review your company’s own data policies as well.

Can candidates opt into my ATS talent pool?

This is only possible via a direct integration. For applications forwarded via partner systems, an opt-out is always set. However, if you wish to contact candidates manually after an interview, you may request their permission to be added to your talent pool.

Will candidates still see my company’s privacy policy?

Yes – when applying via our platform, candidates are shown your specific privacy policy, so they can decide, for example, whether to be added to your talent pool.

How can candidates submit additional documents?

If you work with a login-based solution, the welcome email will include a link to the applicant portal (SelfService area), where candidates can manage their data and upload additional documents. If you use a no-login solution or do not wish to send the link, additional documents can only be sent manually, e.g. via email.

Can candidates answer screening questions after submitting their application?

Screening questions must generally be answered during the initial application. Later changes are only possible if HR manually grants access – for instance, if the application was transferred to another role or new questions were added. This cannot be automated or applied to multiple candidates at once.

Will candidates still see my company’s privacy policy?

No – candidates only see JobCloud’s privacy policy. Your company’s policy is not displayed. We still recommend encouraging candidates to review your privacy terms.

How can candidates submit additional documents?

After submitting their application, candidates receive an email inviting them to create an Arca24 account by setting a password. Once the account is created, they can access their applicant profile and upload additional documents.

Can candidates answer screening questions after submitting their application?

Screening questions must generally be answered during the initial application. Later changes are only possible if HR manually grants access – for instance, if the application was transferred to another role or new questions were added. This cannot be automated or applied to multiple candidates at once.

Will candidates still see my company’s privacy policy?

No – only JobCloud’s privacy policy is displayed. Your own privacy statement is not shown. We advise encouraging candidates to read your company policy separately.

How can candidates submit additional documents?

As Broadbean does not provide a profile portal, candidates cannot upload documents directly. If they need to submit anything later, this must be done via direct contact between candidate and recruiter, usually by email.

Can candidates answer screening questions after submitting their application?

Screening questions must generally be answered during the initial application. Later changes are only possible if HR manually grants access – for instance, if the application was transferred to another role or new questions were added. This cannot be automated or applied to multiple candidates at once.
