How does the technical integration process work?
The selected ATS partner is responsible for all technical aspects of setting up the ATS.

Does the ATS partner handle technical integration and customer support?
Yes, our role is only in lead generation; after the initial contact, the ATS partner takes over.
Are there any prerequisites or specific requirements for integrating an ATS?
No, any customer can work with one of our ATS partners.

Do I have to choose the right ATS for my company myself?
Yes, you are responsible for selecting your ATS. We only support you by identifying our top ATS partners in the Swiss market and providing general guidelines. You conduct detailed analyses, such as demos with the ATS, independently.
How do I find the right ATS for me from the selection of ATS partners?
Use the provided marketing materials. Contact your JobCloud representative or email us at service@jobcloud.ch with the subject “ATS Partner.” We will gladly send you the materials. Please note that ATS are constantly evolving, and JobCloud only provides a rough overview.
Are the chosen ATS data compliant in Switzerland?
Yes, at the time of analysis, all ATS partners complied with Swiss data protection regulations. However, please evaluate them yourself when working together; JobCloud is not liable for the partners.
Financial and legal aspects
Does JobCloud earn money when customers are referred to the ATS partners?
No, JobCloud does not profit from these referrals. Instead, we offer our customers a discount on ATS license fees through these partnerships. Our goal is to help customers find a good ATS solution.
Who invoices me for the ATS fees?
The ATS provider directly invoices you.
