Davide Villa

CEO

Curious, pragmatic, risk-taker and creative, Davide always manages to achieve his goals with the right blend of professionalism, know-how and passion. His mind is constantly on the move. Professional Davide is no different from private Davide. He wants to make a real difference and puts the well-being of his employees at the forefront.

Davide’s early professional career as an architect served him well and certainly helped him become the "designer", free spirit and good leader he is today. He is constantly sharing his creativity and gathering ideas.

After holding several positions within JobCloud, Davide became CEO of JobCloud in 2019. He initially worked in Product Management and Business Development, before leading the Commercial Development division and subsequently becoming a member of JobCloud’s Executive Board. Since his appointment as CEO, Davide has built a stable environment that prevails within the walls of JobCloud today. He deeply cares about people, customers, and their needs while being passionate about what is done and delivered every day.

Davide brings expertise in the international recruitment market, experience in developing fast-growing online businesses and an excellent track record in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) sales, product development and online marketing. He has a rich understanding of HR, recruitment management and employment platform business.

Hans Tuithof

Managing Director Seekers

Hans Tuithof (born 1976) has been Chief Marketing Officer for JobCloud AG since January 2020.

He has many years of experience in B2B, B2C, digital and performance-driven marketing in various industries. He started his career as Marketing Manager for Monster Benelux and subsequently held senior marketing positions at Cimpress (Vistaprint), Sonova AG and Johnson & Johnson. In his last position he was responsible for worldwide marketing and, among other things, managed the launch of a new range of digital products and services across many markets and channels. He studied Marketing & Communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht (NL).

Hans Tuithof lives with his wife and his two children in Männedorf.

Daniel Hartmann

Chief Technical Officer

Solution-oriented, meticulous and curious, with a passion for everything he tackles, Daniel likes to succeed. When he starts something, he will see it through to the end. We owe it to his inquisitive nature when it comes to drinking coffee, too. From the moment he brought into the office this great, stylish Italian piston coffee machine, we have only been drinking fine coffee. Yet again, he loves to take on new challenges. One of his great gifts apart from building confidence in others is the ability to keep calm in the most hectic moments.

Daniel is driven by the success that JobCloud continues to have year after year. But more importantly, by his loyal team of dedicated people who have been with him almost since he joined JobCloud a decade ago. Together they have created an environment that works for both the team and the company that endorses the work-life-balance journey.

Daniel started out as a web developer before taking over the leadership of the development department. Furthermore, he took responsibility for the entire JobCloud application landscape. Since July 2018, he is CTO and member of the Management Board. Daniel has a solid experience in IT and web environment as well as in associated technologies and working procedures.

Sebastian Bossung

Chief Product Officer

Not to take things too seriously because they can usually be fixed – this is what Sebastian has learned in his life. As CPO of JobCloud, Sebastian always makes room for experiments, thinks out of the box, and avoids panic if something does not go as planned – an attitude that he applies to both his personal and professional life. With his laid-back personality, he radiates a calm vibe and does not get nervous even if he has a lot on his plate.

To get fresh in the morning and to clear his brain, Sebastian often takes his bike to cycle for about an hour to the office. Sebastian is also very dedicated to his family and therefore might end up doing a rollercoaster ride with them on a weekend.

Since he joined the company as a CPO in April 2021, he has been impressed by the commitment of the whole JobCloud team, particularly how everyone does their best to help job seekers find the job they really love, and employers to find the right talents. No wonder that Sebastian has been in the recruitment business for many years. Sebastian understands the needs of job seekers very well and is very familiar with the recruitment market.

Ramona Sturzenegger

Chief People & Culture Officer

For Ramona, there is nothing worse than standing still. She is keen on constantly testing and learning new things. Therefore, she is not afraid of new challenges and likes to step outside of her comfort zone.

Other than that, Ramona needs variety in her life to avoid boredom. No wonder that she tries out a new restaurant almost every weekend and often explores new countries and cities. With her passion for endurance sports like rowing and running, Ramona is a true power woman full of positivity and curiosity.

Ramona joined the JobCloud family as Head of HR in early 2020. Since March 1, 2023, she is a member of the Executive Management Team in her role as Chief People & Culture Officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in the HR business, which she compliments with her Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. Ramona is proud of how JobCloud’s HR team has developed over the past years and how this is appreciated throughout the company. Together with her team, Ramona wants to make JobCloud the most attractive employer in Switzerland.

Malte Kriegel

Chief Financial Officer

Malte is an approachable person and believes in cross-functional collaboration for the greater good. He enjoys supporting team members in reaching their business and personal development goals. You see him riding his bike to work in summer as well as in winter and he enjoys playing tennis, while learning to cope with the mental side of the game.

Malte joined JobCloud in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer intrigued by the mission to create business intelligence from trusted data by combining JobCloud’s platform data with sales and financial metrics. As a committed and reflective person, he is keen to understand the business and get behind the value drivers.

He treats data as an asset and, as such, built an integrated team of data specialists from scratch. Malte defined the organization’s first Data Strategy and demonstrated hands-on qualities in many successful use cases. Making JobCloud a trusted partner for customers, employees and shareholders is key for Malte, to sustain long-term financial success.

Malte holds a degree in Business Administration (lic.rer.pol) from the University of Fribourg as well as a CAS in Data Science from the EPFL in Lausanne. Furthermore, he is a Swiss Certified Accountant with big-four practical experience.

Ken Wirth

Managing Director Large Entreprises

Ambitious and enterprising, Ken firmly believes that anything is possible if you set bold goals for yourself and work hard to achieve them. He strives to live his life to the fullest with the aim of never having regrets. This life philosophy fits perfectly with the best advice he ever received: just do it. In this respect, Ken considers it is better to be dismissed for having made a mistake than for having done nothing. The same applies to household tasks, which he dislikes but loves the result.

For the past years, Ken has found the perfect match at JobCloud, a place where passion meets professionalism and ambition, not to mention innovation and the desire to always go the extra mile. Working together to find solutions and answering the customers’ needs while improving processes is what further motivates Ken in his daily work at JobCloud.

Prior to joining JobCloud, Ken held various sales management positions in different countries. His area of expertise lies in developing sales for medium-sized companies and leading Microsoft Business Solutions teams, as well as in Customer Relations.

Marco Caduff

Managing Director Mid-sized Entreprises

Marco Caduff describes himself as a curious person with a strong need to improve existing things. Motorbiking is one of his great passions as an expression of freedom and to satisfy his thirst for adventure. He loves to discover new places, whether it is in the mountains or on the coast. His creative vein is found in photography, he loves to capture the beauties of the world and create memories.

Marco is an old hand of JobCloud. He has been part of the company since 2005, apart from a sabbatical for a trip around the world, and took his first leadership role there in 2007. By the way: It is thanks to Marco that we can all enjoy standing desks in the office.

In his role as Managing Director Mid Market, he is a member of the Executive Management Board and focuses with his team on the needs of mid-sized customers. He has a deep understanding of the recruitment market with an emphasis on innovation and new business models.

François Brianchon

Managing Director Small Entreprises

François is a dynamic, sometimes hyperactive professional with a big passion for sports. For him, inactivity is unthinkable and he is unable to stand still, which means that he might end up doing several things at the same time. He always has new ideas that he pursues with determination. He approaches life with meticulousness and enjoys being well organized and planned, both in his professional and personal life, during the week and on weekends.

François joined JobCloud in January 2020 as Sales Director for the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Since March 2023, he has been a member of the Executive Management Team of JobCloud in his function as Managing Director Small Enterprises. He has extensive expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, and recruitment. François is passionate about the employment sector, the job market and career dynamics, topics he has been in daily contact with candidates and employers in Switzerland since 2015.

He loves Switzerland and its nature, which he enjoys with his friends and family as much as possible. François also has a soft spot for video games and electronic music. He is proud to be a part of JobCloud, which for him represents inspiring brands and a trusted partner to candidates and companies in Switzerland and, therefore, the opportunity to change the lives of thousands of people every year.

Marco Bertoli

Head of Sales and Service Operations

Water is what Marco Bertoli really needs. Not just for drinking but he loves to hang out around lakes or the sea whenever possible.

With his delicate Italian accent and southern mentality, Marco Bertoli brings some Mediterranean flair to the company as Chief Service and Sales Operations. He sees himself as a builder, a communicator, and a curious listener. Marco is a fan of changes in life and has a talent for seeing the opportunities that change can bring. He loves to face the challenges of a fast-changing recruiting environment by constantly developing new solutions. As a polyglot, he easily switches from one language to another.

Marco was born in Basel and previously lived in Zurich, Milan and London, but now he calls Ticino his home. Before being hired by JobCloud as Head of Sales Operations in December 2021, Marco Bertoli worked for several years as a consultant for the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry and successfully managed to improve operations within the different sales units at JobCloud. Being surrounded by the skilled and talented people at JobCloud who love their jobs keeps Marco motivated every day and as a result he never suffers from the Monday blues.

Chris Dorner

Managing Director JobCloud HR Tech

Chris always says what he thinks, and nothing works for him without a pinch of humour. He relies heavily on trust and, since he likes changes, he particularly appreciates working at JobCloud because of the constant challenges.

As Managing Director of JobCloud HR Tech, he is responsible for JobCloud's innovative HR technologies and cloud-based HR software, among other things. His team is spread across all three countries in the DACH region and, with his drive, he makes sure that the collaboration works in the best possible way.

Chris joined JobCloud at the end of 2015 as Sales Manager for Switzerland. Since 2020, he has been responsible for Sales & Customer Success in the DACH region in his function as Managing Director of JobCloud HR Tech. He has been significantly involved in optimizing products and services at JobCloud. For example, he played a significant part in the introduction of the pay-per-performance model. His extensive background in selling technology solutions is very advantageous for his role.

To slow down, Chris sometimes takes houseboat vacations with his family to float at a snail's pace through the rivers of Europe. He also plays guitar in a band. His apartment is quite animalistic, because it is home not only to dogs and a cat, but also to geckos or a snake.

Sebastian Gründer

Managing Director Spotted

Spring – this is the season that Sebastian Gründer fancies the most. He enjoys the prospect of longer and brighter days after winter ends, and people looking forward to something great to come.

As a forward-thinking person, it is no surprise that he considers innovation as one of his key focus areas in his position as Managing Director at Spotted. In this role, he is leading the development of the most innovative approach in the recruiting industry and the revolutionizing of the largest challenge in recruiting – speeding up the process of finding the perfect match between candidates and employers.

Persistence, positivity and some structure belong to Sebastian’s core-strengths. Whenever he has an objective, he works hard to achieve it. He is convinced that anything is possible, you just need to find your way to get there – together with a strong team of course and a joint vision to achieve. That said, Sebastian and his team never miss out on the fun. He has over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry and has held several leadership positions.
