What happens with the rest of my data when transitioning to ONE?

Your data and credits (or slots) will be securely transferred to JobCloud ONE. Your past ads (the last 100 ads) are imported into ONE as drafts (“imported”) so you can edit and republish them if needed. Active ads remain visible in your old account until they expire. You will still have access to your old account for 6 months.

What if I have accounts on multiple platforms (e.g. jobs.ch and jobup.ch)?

If you currently have recruiter accounts on jobs.ch, jobup.ch and jobscout24.ch, they will be combined into a single JobCloud ONE recruiter account.
Please note that the upgrade of each platform may not happen at the same time.

What this means for you:

  • Example: a jobs.ch Workspace and a jobup.ch Workspace will be created automatically
  • You will be able to continue working as before, without losing access
  • You will only see the Workspaces that correspond to the platforms you previously used
  • Until both platforms are upgraded, you may temporarily access them separately

Company profile in JobCloud ONE
Your company profile in JobCloud ONE will be created based on the location of your company headquarters:

  • German-speaking Switzerland → your jobs.ch company profile will be used
  • Romandie → your jobup.ch company profile will be used

If you already had a JobCloud ONE account before the upgrade, your existing company profile will remain unchanged.

Once the upgrade of all platforms is complete, you will manage all your recruitment activities from a single JobCloud ONE account with multiple Workspaces.

What happens to the users on my account?

Only users who logged in within 6 months before the new account activation will be transferred. If no one has logged in recently, the most recent user will be transferred to ensure access. Existing roles and permissions are preserved

Users inactive for more than 6 months by this date will not be migrated.

Can multiple users from my company access JobCloud ONE?

Yes, multiple users can access the platform. Permissions can be managed using the new workspace and users management tools. More information available here.

Can I still use my old account after switching to JobCloud ONE?

Yes, your old account will remain accessible for 6 months, allowing you to retrieve past data, applications, and manage any active job ads. Not to publish job ads. New job ads will be published in the new system JobCloud ONE.

Can I download my old applications before they are removed?

Yes, you can manually download application data from your old account before it is deactivated.

What happens if my account activation fails?

If your account activation fails

I already had a JobCloud ONE account. What happens to my data?

If you already had a JobCloud ONE account, a new workspace is created for you and linked to your company. Your users and credits are transferred to this new workspace. Please note that each company can only have one company profile, so no additional profile is created.

If your profile description in ONE was empty, we copy the information from your old account to complete it. Otherwise we keep the profile description you already have in JobCloud ONE. 

Do I need to review my company profile in JobCloud ONE?

Yes. Please review your company profile, as some elements (e.g., logos or banners) may not have been transferred if they were in outdated formats. 

 

What happens to my existing job ads?

Your eligible recent job ads will be transferred automatically to JobCloud ONE:

  • Active ads will remain online without interruption.
  • The last 100 published ads and the last 100 draft ads will also be transferred.
  • The transfer is subject to platform limits.
  • Transferred ads will appear in the Drafts tab of the job ads listing page and will be flagged as Imported.

Can I edit my imported job ads before publishing?

Yes, all transferred job ads are placed in ‘Drafts,’ where you can review and edit them before publishing.

What about my active/online job ads?

Your active job ads will remain in your old account and can be managed there. There will be no interruption to live postings.

Moving forward, all new job postings must be created on JobCloud ONE.

Will my applications be transferred to JobCloud ONE?

No. For data protection reasons (GDPR / Swiss FADP), applications will not be transferred. However:

  • They will remain accessible in your former accounts for 6 months after the change
  • You can view and download applications during this period
  • All new applications will be managed in JobCloud ONE

Why is my legal company name shown instead of my brand name?

We understand that many companies prefer to promote their brand in job ads.
On our platform, job postings display the legally registered company name to ensure clear and consistent identification of the hiring entity.

This approach helps:

  • avoid confusion for candidates,
  • ensure transparency about who the employer is,
  • keep employer information consistent across reporting and administrative processes.

Brand names may still be used within the job description or content, but the company name shown reflects the legal entity responsible for the role.

Why has email channeling been discontinued?

For compliance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and security reasons, applications can no longer be submitted by email in JobCloud ONE.

This means:

  • Email addresses can no longer be included in job ads or recruiter signatures
  • Applications must be handled either:
    • Directly in JobCloud ONE, or
    • Via your external ATS using an application URL

This approach improves data protection, compliance, traceability and centralisation.

Will my pricing or credits change?

No, your existing credits remain valid and are transferred to JobCloud ONE. There are no additional costs to switch.

Will my existing contracts and agreements remain valid?

Yes, all existing contracts and agreements remain unchanged. Your services will continue under the same terms.

Will my billing cycle be affected by the transition?

No, your billing cycle remains the same. Any outstanding invoices or payments will be handled as usual.

Can I still purchase job credits the same way?

Yes, you can continue purchasing credits as before. JobCloud ONE also offers an improved Credit Management system for easier tracking.

What happens if I have unused credits in my old account?

All valid credits will be transferred automatically to JobCloud ONE, ensuring you don’t lose any of your purchases.

How does JobCloud ONE integrate with my ATS?

What is Jobcloud ONE, and how does it differ from the previous platforms (jobup, jobcloud or jobscout24)?

Why the change to Jobcloud ONE?

When will I be upgraded to JobCloud ONE?

You will receive two dedicated communications: one before the upgrade and another once your account is ready. The upgrade itself is automatic and does not require any action on your part.

Do I need to create a new account?

No need to create a new account! You’ll get an email with access to our new platform. Just enter your email address in the designated field to get a secure, one-time login link (valid for 10 minutes). This keeps your account secure and private.

Prefer a password? You can set one up after logging in by requesting a “change password” link under your profile.

Does JobCloud ONE work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)?

Yes. JobCloud ONE already connects with several ATS systems, and more integrations are coming. Please reach out to our support team to get more information:

Can I use my own ATS to manage applications? (External Application URL)

Yes. If your company uses an external ATS (Applicant Tracking System), you can add an application URL in your job ad. This way, all candidate data goes directly into your ATS instead of the JobCloud ONE candidate management tool.

Can I invite colleagues to my JobCloud ONE account?

Yes. In JobCloud ONE, user access and permissions are always managed at the workspace level. As an Admin, you can invite colleagues to your workspace and decide what they can access. You can:

  • Assign different roles and permissions to each user
  • Control who sees what (e.g., applicant data, credits, job ads)
  • Restrict access to sensitive areas such as applicant data
  • Remove users at any time

There are two roles available:

  • Admin: Full access and permission management
  • User: Limited access with at least one assigned permission

This setup is fast, secure, GDPR-compliant, and fully self-service. Our support team remains available if you need assistance.

What is a workspace in JobCloud ONE?

A workspace is your company’s dedicated area in ONE where you manage recruitment. Each workspace has its own users, job ads, applications, and credits.

  • If your company has several departments, branches, or brands, you may have more than one workspace, each with its own setup.
  • Access is always managed at the workspace level: Admins can invite colleagues, assign permissions, and control what each user can see.
  • Your company profile, however, is unique to your legal entity and is shared across all workspaces.

Is access always linked to workspaces?

Yes. User access and permissions are always managed at the workspace level. If your company has more than one workspace, you need to invite colleagues separately for each.
