Pour attirer les talents, cette compr\u00e9hension du march\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire. Voici les conclusions de JobCloud SA, leader suisse du recrutement en ligne, bas\u00e9es sur une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude effectu\u00e9e en collaboration avec l\u2019institut Link. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, JobCloud SA, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 qui appartiennent les plateformes d\u2019emploi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes jobs.ch et jobup.ch, m\u00e8ne une enqu\u00eate dans toute la Suisse afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier les tendances en termes de recherche d\u2019emploi. Les r\u00e9sultats confirment que les m\u0153urs des candidats \u00e9voluent constamment\u00a0: si il y a \u00e0 peine 5 ans on cherchait un emploi principalement dans les journaux et on faisait une candidature papier, aujourd\u2019hui on s\u2019inscrit dans des bases de donn\u00e9es et on postule via mobile. Ce changement drastique est synonyme de nouveaux enjeux pour les recruteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le candidat d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui est online et passif\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation que font les candidats des outils de recherche d\u2019emploi \u00e9volue d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autre. L\u2019\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre qu\u2019entre 2012 et 2015, l\u2019usage des supports papiers a baiss\u00e9 de 62% \u00e0 48% (-14%), alors que durant cette m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, l\u2019usage des portails d\u2019emploi en ligne a augment\u00e9 de 50% \u00e0 63% (+13%).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.jobup.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Communique_de_presse.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8466\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.jobup.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Communique_de_presse.jpg\" alt=\"Communique_de_presse\" width=\"370\" height=\"279\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cette forte croissance du digital s\u2019accompagne \u00e9galement d\u2019autres possibilit\u00e9s pour les candidats, telle que la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9poser leurs CV dans une base de donn\u00e9es. L\u2019\u00e9tude montre que 76% des sond\u00e9s romands qui utilisent jobup.ch ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 leurs donn\u00e9es dans la Base CV afin d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9s par des recruteurs. Cela signifie qu\u2019une grande partie de la population, m\u00eame si elle n\u2019est pas en recherche d\u2019un emploi de mani\u00e8re active, reste ouverte aux opportunit\u00e9s et a donc un comportement passif. Si l\u2019attente des candidats actifs et passifs d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9s est forte, la mani\u00e8re dont ils sont contact\u00e9s a \u00e9galement une grande importance pour les candidats: selon l\u2019\u00e9tude, il est primordial pour la majorit\u00e9 des sond\u00e9s que le contact soit personnalis\u00e9 et que des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pr\u00e9cises soient faites au profil du candidat ou au poste, sans quoi, ils risquent de ne pas r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le candidat d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui est mobile\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, plus de 44% des 2,5 millions de visites mensuelles sur jobup.ch proviennent du mobile et ce chiffre ne cesse d\u2019augmenter. De plus, depuis l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la fonction \u00ab\u00a0postuler via mobile\u00a0\u00bb en janvier 2015, plus de 11% des postulations effectu\u00e9es au travers de la plateforme jobup.ch sont dor\u00e9navant envoy\u00e9es via smartphone ou tablette. Loin d\u2019\u00eatre un simple ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de mode, le mobile r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une r\u00e9elle demande du march\u00e9 qui consiste \u00e0 avoir acc\u00e8s en tout temps et en tous lieux au march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le candidat d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui change r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u2019employeur\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre une propension des jeunes \u00e0 changer de travail plus fr\u00e9quemment que le reste de la population. Si entre 25 et 60 ans, les personnes ont dit changer de travail environ 1 \u00e0 1,5 fois tous les 5 ans, la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de travailleurs entre 16 et 24 ans change pr\u00e8s de 2,5 fois tous les 5 ans. L\u2019investissement dans des politiques de r\u00e9tention du personnel ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de la \u00ab\u00a0marque employeur\u00a0\u00bb, qui se traduit par la valorisation de l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise en tant qu\u2019employeur, impacte la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des futurs candidats et des employ\u00e9s actuels.<\/p>\n<p>Renato Profico, CEO de JobCloud, conclut: <em>\u00abLa digitalisation des supports de recherche ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9volution comportementale des candidats d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui sont \u00e0 la source de la mue du march\u00e9 du travail en Suisse.
