Pourtant, ce domaine a beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. De nos jours, les cadres sont confront\u00e9s a un grand nombre de d\u00e9fis encore inconnus il y a quelques ann\u00e9es. Pour rester en phase avec l\u2019environnement de travail toujours plus dynamique et profiter d\u2019impulsions r\u00e9ellement cr\u00e9atives, les cadres doivent plut\u00f4t miser sur les r\u00e9seaux. On s\u2019\u00e9loigne donc des structures d\u2019\u00e9quipe fixes pour se diriger vers des r\u00e9seaux internes qui s\u2019organisent par eux-m\u00eames. La cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation en sortent favoris\u00e9es et les processus simplifi\u00e9s, c\u2019est ce que montre une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par l\u2019initiative pour une nouvelle qualit\u00e9 du travail (INQA) sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0la culture de leadership en mutation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9seaux, fonctionnant en grande partie par eux-m\u00eames, et l\u2019intelligence collective qu\u2019ils permettent impliquent entre autres qu\u2019on attend de l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs des qualit\u00e9s de leader. Men\u00e9e en collaboration avec Information Factory, l\u2019\u00e9tude \u00ab\u00a0Quel leadership en Suisse\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019est bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9ponses de 2&#8217;414 personnes, des responsables RH aux cadres dirigeants, en passant par les employ\u00e9s sans responsabilit\u00e9 de direction. Le r\u00e9sultat est le suivant\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Les caract\u00e9ristiques du leadership, comme un don pour la communication ou la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau professionnel pertinent, ne sont plus attendues uniquement de la part des cadres. On attend toujours plus les m\u00eames qualit\u00e9s de la part de tous les collaborateurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche en r\u00e9seaux modifie aussi la structure du pouvoir dans l\u2019entreprise. A l\u2019avenir, ce ne seront plus les personnes qui aiment tout contr\u00f4ler qui auront du pouvoir, mais les personnalit\u00e9s qui provoquent des r\u00e9actions positives. Les leaders qui ont confiance en leurs capacit\u00e9s comprennent que les collaborateurs comp\u00e9tents ne sont pas un danger, mais un atout.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, une telle confiance en soi demande du travail car cela signifie aussi devoir \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re par ses propres \u00e9quipes. L\u2019\u00e9tude \u00ab\u00a0Quel leadership en Suisse\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb montre d\u2019ailleurs que 76\u00a0% des collaborateurs interrog\u00e9s aimeraient bien pouvoir choisir eux-m\u00eames leurs sup\u00e9rieurs. Il est aussi int\u00e9ressant de savoir qu\u2019environ autant de cadres ne seraient pas oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 un vote d\u00e9mocratique.<\/p>\n<p>Un concept int\u00e9ressant, qui a d\u2019ailleurs fait son apparition avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y sur le march\u00e9 du travail, est celui du \u00ab\u00a0co-leadership\u00a0\u00bb. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le sondage <em>The 2016 Deloitte Millennial Survey<\/em>, environ 71\u00a0% de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y du monde entier n\u2019est pas satisfaite par le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs capacit\u00e9s de leadership ou se sent exclue des postes de cadre. Le \u00ab\u00a0co-leadership\u00a0\u00bb, soit un partage de la direction de certains projets pertinents sur le plan strat\u00e9gique entre un jeune directeur de projet et un collaborateur ayant de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en leadership, pourrait \u00eatre une bonne solution, afin de pr\u00e9parer la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y \u00e0 de futurs postes de dirigeants et d\u2019encourager le partage de connaissances interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, tout n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9.
