ATSi directly connects JobCloud’s job boards such as jobs.ch, jobup.ch, and jobscout24.ch with the clients’ Applicant Management Systems (ATS). Candidates can enter their application data directly on platforms like jobs.ch, without being redirected to the ATS provider’s application form. For registered users on jobs.ch, data and resumes are already pre-filled and attached, significantly simplifying and speeding up the application process. This benefits both applicants and companies.

Quick Apply ATS Integration – General Information

What is ATSi?

With ATSi (Applicant Tracking System Integration), we simplify the application process for applicants by providing an in-house application form through JobCloud. Applicants are no longer redirected to an external application form. For users registered with JobCloud, the application data is already pre-filled, and the resume is attached.

Is the use of ATSi free of charge?

Yes, this service is free for both your company and applicants. Our goal is to make the application process as simple as possible for both parties.

How long does it take to activate this feature?

Activation generally takes only a few seconds. Depending on the ATS provider, different steps may be necessary, but these differences are minimal.

What are the benefits of ATSi for my company and for applicants?

Applicants do not need to fill out different forms for each application or create a new login; they can quickly and easily apply for multiple jobs. This leads to a higher number of applications. As a company, you benefit from more efficient applicant management and a higher number of quality applications.

Will I receive the applications in my ATS as usual?

Yes, nothing changes for you. Applications will be received in your own ATS as usual.

Is ATSi compliant with data protection regulations?

The use of ATSi and the associated data transfer has been implemented in compliance with the legal departments of the companies involved. This ensures that the data protection regulations in Europe and Switzerland are adhered to.

Does JobCloud have access to my ATS?

No, we transfer the applicants’ data through an adapter. It is a one-way street, and we do not have access to the data in your ATS, just as you do not have access to our data.

What changes will there be for me as a company?

To keep the application process as simple and straightforward as possible for applicants, we currently do not use screening questions (e.g., “Do you have a driver’s license?”).

What support does JobCloud offer during the implementation phase?

We provide a detailed guide via email and offer additional phone support. We are also available to explain the benefits of the system in video calls and guide you through the setup process.

Can I, as a company, turn off “Quick Apply” and go back to using my ATS application form?

Of course, you can switch back to the original form at any time, and this change can be made immediately. You can request this simply by emailing service@jobcloud.ch.

What fields are available in the application form?

The available fields cover the main fields used by most of our clients. Screening questions are currently not possible; see the point “What changes will there be for me as a company?”.

Do applicants still receive my welcome email from my ATS?

Yes, as long as you have set up the welcome email in your ATS. The email may vary depending on the company and location.

How many registered and logged-in candidates are there?

We have approximately 4 million accounts in our database. About 100,000 (unique) candidates log in weekly. Logged-in candidates send about twice as many applications as non-logged-in candidates. This is supported not only by the simplified process through the Quick Apply feature but also because we can send a message to candidates who have started but not yet completed their application when they are logged in and using our application form.

Who can I contact if I have problems with applications?

Since JobCloud is only responsible for forwarding the applications and not for the functionality of the ATS, please contact your ATS representative as usual.

I use a different ATS tool than the ones listed. Can I also activate “Quick Apply”?

We enable the use of ‘Quick Apply’ for almost any ATS on the Swiss market. Do not hesitate to contact us at service@jobcloud.ch.

Will applicants still see my privacy policy or only JobCloud’s?

When applicants apply on our platform, they will still see your privacy policy, allowing them to decide, for example, whether they want to be included in your talent pool or not.

How can applicants submit additional documents?

If you do not use the option to apply without logging in, the welcome email includes a link to the applicant portal/SelfService area. Here, applicants can manage their personal data and applications as well as upload additional documents. If this link is not included in the welcome email, it can optionally be sent via a manual or automated email. For the option to apply without logging in or if no link is sent, additional information or documents can only be forwarded to you, the HR representative, through traditional means, such as by email.

Can applicants answer screening questions later?

In principle, applicants cannot access the questions/answers later via the applicant portal. This must be done during the application process. However, you as an HR representative can enable this retrospectively for individual applicants. This usually happens only if the questions were added to the position later or if the application was transferred from one position to another. This action cannot be automated or performed as a bulk action for multiple applicants at once.

Will applicants still see my privacy policy or only JobCloud’s?

No, if data is forwarded via a partner, applicants will only see JobCloud’s privacy policy. They will not see your company’s privacy policy.

Can applicants opt-in to the candidate pool in my ATS?

No, this is only possible for customers we have integrated end-to-end. If we forward via a partner, “Opt-out” is always chosen. However, if you are still interested in an applicant after a rejection following an interview, you can, of course, obtain the opt-in from the applicant via email at any time.
