Aber wie soll man es denn konkret angehen? Hier sind ein paar Gedankenanst\u00f6sse:<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nFangen Sie mit den einfachen Dingen an. Verschieben Sie zum Beispiel Kontakt- und Supportfunktionalit\u00e4ten Ihrer Karrierewebsites st\u00e4rker in Richtung Social Web. Nur schon der simple Transfer der FAQ in ein dialogisches Medium hat sp\u00fcrbare Konsequenzen. Fragesteller, Beantwortender und mitlesendes Publikum sind in einem Medium vereint.<br \/>\nFokussieren Sie in den Social Media vor allem auf \u00fcberraschende, ungewohnte Inhalte \u2013 zum Beispiel \u201eDrei Dinge, die Sie noch nicht \u00fcber uns wussten\u201c, oder \u201eDie Hobbies unserer Chefetage\u201c \u2013 lassen Sie der Phantasie freien Lauf.<br \/>\n<strong>Bilder und Videos nutzen<\/strong><br \/>\nNeben einfachem Text k\u00f6nnen und sollen auch Bilder und Videos zum Einsatz kommen. Nehmen Sie doch mal eine Kamera mit auf \u201eErkundungstour\u201c in der Firma \u2013 wandern Sie durch die B\u00fcroflure, geben Sie Einblicke in die Kantine, das Sitzungszimmer. Machen Sie an den Pulten Halt und f\u00fchren Mini-Interviews: Was sch\u00e4tzt du am meisten an deinem Job? Was f\u00e4llt dir spontan zu deinem Teamkollegen vis-\u00e0-vis ein? etc.. Das Resultat kann ohne grosse Streuverluste und mit bester Reichweite zielgerichtet \u00fcber die eigenen Kan\u00e4le \u2013 Firmenwebsite, Blog, E-Mail-Newsletter \u2013 und \u00fcber \u201eShared Media\u201c, also z.B. soziale Medien platziert werden. Warum als Unternehmen nicht einen Imagefilm auf YouTube pr\u00e4sentieren oder gleich einen YouTube-Kanal f\u00fcr das Unternehmen pflegen?<br \/>\n<strong>Dialog auf verschiedenen Kan\u00e4len<\/strong><br \/>\nDialog ist aber auch an anderen Orten m\u00f6glich: Zielgruppenspezifische, dynamische Karrierewebsites, die eine Interaktion mit dem Unternehmen erlauben, sich laufend anpassen und ver\u00e4ndern und so interessant bleiben. Ein Arbeitgeberblog, auf dem die eigenen Auszubildenden und Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte \u00fcber ihre Arbeit und Erfahrungen im Unternehmen berichten. Ein Twitter-Account, der spezifisch f\u00fcr das Handling von Medienanfragen reserviert ist.<br \/>\nDie M\u00f6glichkeiten sind enorm, es ist nur ein wenig Kreativit\u00e4t gefragt. Stimmen die Inhalte, kommen auch die Follower und damit die Reichweite. Dann ist auch der Return on Investment garantiert.<br \/>\nWie wichtig ist der Aufbau eines echten Dialogs mit potenziellen Kandidaten in Ihrem Haus?
