So erfahren Sie aus erster Hand, was Sie als Recruiter und als Unternehmen besser machen k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nSocial Media sind als Instrumente zu betrachten, die das Leben von HR-Verantwortlichen einfacher machen \u2013 nicht als zus\u00e4tzliche Belastung. Es ist ganz einfach: Ein Facebook-Auftritt kann zum Beispiel die Reichweite der Karrierewebseite erh\u00f6hen. Via XING oder LinkedIn gehen Sie direkt auf Kandidaten zu, sobald Sie die richtigen Hinweise bekommen.
