Grund daf\u00fcr sind Meldungen \u00fcber Klagen gegen Blogger, die man immer mal wieder lesen kann, wie <a title=\"Blick\" href=\"http:\/\/www.blick.ch\/news\/ausland\/sauerland-verklagt-blogger-id56855.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier im Blick<\/a>. Warum mich das ausgerechnet jetzt nerv\u00f6s macht? Nun ja, ganz einfach: mein <a title=\"Joerg Buckmann Mondaymovie@jobs.ch\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jobcloud.ch\/c\/de-ch\/author\/joerg-buckmann\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mondaymovie@jobs.ch<\/a> ist heute von einer Anwaltskanzlei! Ausgerechnet\u2026<br \/>\n<iframe title=\"Walder Wyss Attorneys at Law\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xbgaTz6AjBw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<!--more-->Anw\u00e4lte sind gesucht. Letzte Woche waren auf <a title=\"jobs.ch\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jobs.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">jobs.ch<\/a> unter dem Suchbegriff \u201eAnwalt\u201c 198 Suchtreffer gelistet. Und doch war ich mir eigentlich ziemlich sicher, dass diese Branche wohl ann\u00e4hernd \u201ebewegtbildfrei\u201c w\u00e4re. Anwaltskanzleien sind in meinem Bloggerschreibtisch n\u00e4mlich ganz bequem in der Schublade mit der Aufschrift \u201eStereotypen\u201c abgelegt. Spontan kommen mir da Eigenschaften wie diskret, verschwiegen, konservativ in den Sinn. Das ist eigentlich schade und wie so viele Vorurteile falsch. So ist zum Beispiel mein VBZ-Kollege Christian Schneider, der Chef des Rechtsdienstes, einer von der aufgestellteren und humorvolleren Sorte. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stadt-zuerich.ch\/content\/vbz\/de\/index\/die_vbz\/arbeiten_bei_den_vbz\/wir-bewerben-uns\/jobvideoa-2010-2011\/juristin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hier<\/a> sehen Sie ihn live in Action.<br \/>\nSo, jetzt aber ab ins Seefeld und zu meiner Trouvaille des Monats Februar. Ja, in der Tat. Die renommierte Anwaltskanzlei Walder Wyss hat auf Ihrer Homepage ein Video geschaltet, welches ich als ganz im positiven Sinne einfach, als sympathisch und als durchaus informativ bewerte.<br \/>\nIrgendwie erfrischend, oder? Dass gerade ein Unternehmen, von dem man das vielleicht nicht unbedingt erwartet h\u00e4tte, mit Video punkten kann, best\u00e4tigt <a title=\"Florence Biner\" href=\"http:\/\/www.xing.com\/profile\/Florence_Biner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Florence Biner<\/a>, die HR-Verantwortliche der Z\u00fcrcher Wirtschaftskanzlei mit rund 180 Mitarbeitenden. \u201cDie Feedbacks unserer Bewerberinnen und Bewerber sind ausserordentlich positiv\u201c. Mit dem Video gelingt es dem Unternehmen, sein Profil auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu sch\u00e4rfen und mit Vorurteilen aufzur\u00e4umen: \u201eWir wollten anschaulich machen, dass wir eine menschliche Kultur und einen unkomplizierten Umgang haben.\u201c Wie so oft brauchte es intern aber zuerst einige \u00dcberzeugungsarbeit, bis der Film im Kasten war. \u201eNicht alle waren auf Anhieb von der Idee begeistert\u201c, sagt Florence Biner. \u201eAber durch die ausgesprochen positive Resonanz planen wir bereits einen Update des Films.\u201c<br \/>\nJa da freuen wir uns doch drauf.
