Employer Branding ist in aller Munde. Wer als Unternehmen, Institution oder Branche nicht von der Ausstrahlung einer starken Marke profitieren kann, ist umso mehr gezwungen, seine Vorteile als Arbeitgeber kreativ ins rechte Licht zu r\u00fccken. Verschiedene Polizeien (oder wie lautet die Mehrzahl von Polizei schon wieder?) machen in der Fahndung nach Nachwuchs einen sehr guten Job, so zum Beispiel die Kantonspolizei Z\u00fcrich<\/a> oder auch deren Berner Kollegen, die mit Selbstironie und Kultdetektiv Philip Maloney<\/a> auf Polizistenjagd gehen.
\n
\nViele Unternehmen nutzen f\u00fcr die Darstellung ihrer Arbeitgebervorteile und zum Aufzeigen ihrer Kultur das zeitgem\u00e4sse Medium Video. Das ist l\u00f6blich und ich bin verwundert, dass dies noch nicht \u00f6fters und fl\u00e4chendeckend erfolgt \u2013 zu sehr liegen die Vorteile bewegter Bilder auf der Hand. Doch manche Machwerke agieren gef\u00e4hrlich nah an der Peinlichkeitsgrenze<\/strong> \u2013 und \u00fcbertreten diese bisweilen.
\nIn Deutschland sorgt ein Video der Polizei von Nordrhein-Westfalen f\u00fcr ziemlich viel Wirbel. Der Rap wird fast durchs Band als ziemlich am Ziel vorbeigeschossen<\/a> beurteilt, um im Polizeijargon zu bleiben und die oft vernichtenden Kommentare mal ganz nett zusammenzufassen:

\nJetzt k\u00f6nnte man nat\u00fcrlich durchaus auch der Auffassung sein: Ziel erreicht. Eine ungeheure Verbreitung, alle reden dar\u00fcber. Aber ich denke schon, dass Reichweite nicht per se das Argument sein kann<\/strong>. Die Werbung sollte schon auch mit dem Produkt \u2013 hier der Stelle \u2013 korrespondieren oder von mir aus \u201eauthentisch\u201c sein, um diesen Zungenbrecher mal wieder zu benutzen.
\nKein Wunder, ist dieser \u201eBlockbuster\u201c auf der Liste der Nominierten zur goldenen Runkelr\u00fcbe in der Kategorie \u201efurchtbarstes und peinlichstes Karriere-Video\u201c vertreten. Co-Veranstalter Henner Knabenreich, der zusammen mit Jannis Tsalikis diesen Award der etwas spezielleren Art ins Leben gerufen hat, sieht das Video sogar in der Favoritenrolle. Der \u201eGoldene Runkelr\u00fcbe-Award f\u00fcr herausragend schlechte Personalkommunikation\u201c wird in dieser Woche zum ersten Mal in gleich vier Kategorien verliehen. Den Veranstaltern geht es aber nicht darum, Unternehmen an den Pranger zu stellen, wie sie betonen. Vielmehr wollen sie mit der Auszeichnung auf Fehler in der Kommunikation mit Bewerbern aufmerksam machen \u2013 mit dem Ziel, dass diese zuk\u00fcnftig m\u00f6glichst vermieden werden, wie Henner Knabenreich erkl\u00e4rt.
